Shipping & Payment
At Osouly, ordering should stay simple: no account to create, no credit card required. You order online or via WhatsApp, we call you to confirm, and you pay upon receipt.
Delivery throughout Morocco
- Rate: 45 DH per order.
- Free delivery on orders over 600 DH.
- Lead time: 3 to 5 business days on average after your order is confirmed by phone.
- We will call you before shipping to confirm your address and delivery slot.
In-store pickup in Marrakech
You can choose free pickup at the boutique: No. 7, ground floor, Manahil residence, Lieutenant Lamure Street, Marrakech 40010 (near the Victor Hugo high school). Your order is generally ready within 24 hours; we will notify you as soon as it is waiting for you. Open Monday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Cash on delivery
- Payment is made in cash, upon receipt of your package (or upon pickup at the boutique).
- No online payment is requested, and no banking data is stored.
- Please have the exact amount ready for the delivery person if possible.
Gift sets and corporate orders
